Carl Rubin, Co-founder
Carl has over 25 years of experience specializing in ERP software including implementations, upgrades, custom systems and interfaces for both functional and technical solutions. He founded Monument in 2004 intent on helping clients overcome ERP issues. He manages projects, personnel, and clients while directing the strategic plans of Monument.
Carl has served in mulitple roles including founding and selling several ERP related consulting companies. He was the Executive Director of Enterprise Services at Oxford Global Resources, an international consulting organization with revenues over $200 million. He has held a number of other leadership positions including Software Product Manager, Senior Programmer, and Sales Engineer at several software companies.
Carl has been the Project Manager for over 30 Oracle Applications implementations and over 60 upgrades or new modules. His detailed knowledge of business applications coupled with his technical expertise is critical to the on-time and on-budget management of Monuments’ projects.
He has experience in custom development for conversions and interfaces using multiple reporting tools, customized training classes, and customized documentation.
Carl’s experience also includes:
- Functionally competent on the Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and CRM on Demand
- Expertise in utilizing Fit/Gap Assessments to minimize out of scope activities during projects (has been used to manage projects on-time and on-budget)
- Data conversions from over 25 different hardware, operating systems, and databases for either one-time migration or continuous operation solutions
- A high level of technical competence on Oracle Developer Forms and Reports, Discoverer, PL/SQL, Unix, BI Publisher, and Custom Extensions to Oracle Applications
Carl has a BS in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Norwich University and an MBA from Suffolk University.
