Create a new subsidiary in Oracle Financials

IFAW requested to add a new Asian country to become the subsidiary of the US company.  Prior to this all international companies were managed individually and did not consolidate.  We designed the process to include multi-currency and translation, then consolidating the subsidiary into the parent company.  We implemented it in the test environment to prove the concept, then followed with the production load.
