METHODOLOGY

The Monument Upgrade Methodology provides clients a way to ensure success. The Methodology uses techniques which have been employed by our consultants for many years at many different types of organizations. This includes the Upgrade Assessment, Team Formation, Project Kickoff, Comprehensive Upgrade Steps, and Post-Upgrade Support. By using a proven road map, the Upgrade is much easier to track and manage costs and resource allocations. To get ROI during an Upgrade, a precise project plan with internal and external resource allocation must be utilized. Each week, the project meeting will identify challenges and successes which have bearing on the completion of the project. By monitoring these tasks, Monument is able to bring a resolution for each challenge.
