Monument is flexible in our delivery methodology.  We can take ownership and complete responsibility for your project, work as advisors to your project leadership, or provide you the project team for you to manage directly.  Our consultants can utilize multiple methodologies, be they ours, yours, or any of the leading methodologies.  Project success is the utmost importance.  Based on your feedback and our on-going performance assessments, we will adjust our project teams and delivery process to ensure success.

Monument is an expert at implementing and upgrading Oracle Applications.  We are accustomed to dealing with the myriad of complex issues which our clients encounter with integrations within Oracle Applications.  Our approach to managing the complexity of an implementation is our reliance on our entire staffs’ implementation experience, our ability to clearly communicate with your team and executives, and lastly, our ability to prioritize those issues and tasks most important to meeting your project goals and objectives.   All the tools and plans cannot guarantee success on any project.  There are many factors that can make great implementations very trying.  Our experience is what will make the difference.  We have done many implementations and we are successful because of our experience.

The more skills on your implementation team, the less risky the project becomes, especially when the consulting team has a Project Manager with many implementations or upgrades and with each team member having similar expertise.

Monument Methodology utilizes highly skilled consultants who have worked on at least 10 Oracle Applications’ Implementations and on average have 15 years business experience.  By using a heavily experienced team that has implemented Oracle a multitude of times, we remove the issue of consultants performing these tasks for the first time.  There are many variables in each implementation without the issue of consultant knowledge and skill.  Highly skilled consultants can perform five times the work of an average resource.  Each of our team has both functional and technical skills.  This allows us the ability to move resources within the project, because each module may have different consulting time requirements during the Implementation.
